How the pricing works
A driver is a driver
You pay for active driver seats. Dispatchers, admins, and your developers are free on every paid tier. Deactivate a driver and the seat frees up.
The API is never paywalled
Every tier, including Solo, gets the same REST API and webhooks the dashboard runs on. Higher tiers get higher rate limits.
Third-party usage, at cost
SMS, WhatsApp, call minutes, AI assistant messages, and live traffic lookups run on third-party services and are billed at provider rates, with no markup games. Email and push notifications are always included.
Why optimization costs more
Route optimization and live traffic use commercial mapping services that charge per request. Those tiers cost more because they cost us more. Simple.
