How the pricing works

Every feature, every plan

Optimization, live ETAs, geofencing, workflows, the AI assistant, and the API are included on Free and Pro. The plan difference is usage volume.

You pay when work moves

A job becomes billable once at least one stop is completed, attempted, or closed by a driver. Jobs canceled before any stop is worked are free.

What counts as a job

One billable job covers up to 10 worked stops. Past that, each extra block of 10 worked or attempted stops counts as another billable job.

Premium services use your keys

Third-party maps, SMS, AI, and calls run on your own provider accounts at provider rates. We never mark them up.

Included mapping coverage

Mapping and routing without a separate mapping account currently covers Europe and the Americas. Other regions require a supported third-party integration, such as HERE or Mapbox, billed under that provider's terms.

API access is included

Free and paid plans use the same REST API and webhook system as the dashboard.

What happens at the Free cap

Hit the Free cap and new jobs pause until next month. Work in progress finishes, and your data stays put.
