Bookings and dispatch
Passengers request rides on the web or in the mobile Customer App. Your office can also enter a trip. Set vehicle requirements, then assign a driver directly or use automatic dispatch.
Zones and fares
Set different prices for areas such as the airport or city center, with a default fare for other trips. Combine base fare, distance, time, stops, waiting, and surcharges. Save the estimate and review the final charge after the trip.
Arrival updates
Choose when passengers hear from you—for example, five minutes before pickup. Customize the message and send it through enabled SMS, push, or email channels. Passengers can also follow a tracking link. Drivers record pickup and drop-off in the app.

Driver commissions
Set a default earning rule or a rule for each driver: percentage, fixed amount, distance, or time, with optional minimums and caps. Completed, paid trips get an earnings breakdown. Tips are added in full after any cap. Drivers can view their earnings in the app.

Questions
Can I run my own rideshare service?
Yes. RouteIQ handles booking, dispatch, tracking, and trip records. You provide the drivers and vehicles and bring in passengers.
Do I need to build a booking app?
No. Use RouteIQ’s web and mobile Customer App with your branding. The standard mobile app uses RouteIQ’s store listing; white-labeling is also available. Ask about white-labeling
Does tracking need an app or account?
No. A trip’s tracking link opens in a browser without sign-in.
